The Haggis is the best and the delivery is superb. However one Haggis was 1.9kg and the other was 1.4kg. (meant to be 2* 1.8kg. Didn't bother contacting you but this review will suffice.

Superb customer service. First parcel despatch never arrived because it got as far as the courier's Bicester Depot and no further. Goodness knows what happened to it. I informed Haggis UK of this problem and within a very short time they had replied to my email and informed me that I could either have a refund or they would despatch more Haggis on Monday 4th December. It arrived today Tuesday, 5th December and is safely stored ready for New Year's Eve. Many thanks for the delicious Haggis.

Great service. My haggis was delivered in a thermal bag with ice pockets and was still frozen when delivered keeping the Haggis perfectly chilled, They kept me up to date as to when it was shipped and to when it was due to be delivered (within 1 hour) the only way it could be better is if it was delivered by a fair maiden bereft of clothing with free beer. I would definitely use again even without the fair maiden and beer.

Delicious Haggis

I don't think you could improve on the service. Both products arrived on the day specified, well wrapped, with clearly printed instructions to Royal Mail. The products, one meat and one vegetarian haggis were much enjoyed by my family. I had many compliments on the meal (which should, of course, go to the producers!)

As always the food supplied is amazing and of top quality. Super fast delivery and all items packaged safely and securely to travel the length of the country, I'm in Cornwall. Nice long dates on each item allows for planning ahead without the overuse of a freezer. I couldn't ask for a better service when it comes to my haggis

Delicious product, with fantastically quick delivery. I couldn't find Macsween's haggis anywhere close to me, and so had to order it online. A wonderful range of haggis on offer, and absolutely DELICIOUS too. Arrived very quickly with really impressive packaging to keep it cold. Thank you.

Packaging on fresh haggis is excellent., really well protected, delivered in "Cold Bag" with ice packs. Couldn't ask for more. Tinned products were also well packaged, and as gifts, it was lovely having no dents to worry about. I will definitely be ordering from you again.

Keep the customer updated

As there was a delay in sending the product you should have notified the purchaser and give a new date. When I called to chase the lady was very helpful and got back to me to say the product was being sent today. I received it the next day

Best black pudding ever!

I ordered black pudding and haggis. My order arrived speedily, and well wrapped in chilled packaging to keep the products fresh. I haven't tried the haggis yet, but the black pudding is the best I have ever tasted.

Gluten free haggis from Macsween. The gluten free haggis was just what I wanted. It came by excellent delivery in a cool sealed package . Delicious. It’s a pity that our local supermarkets don’t now sell gluten free haggis as they once did.

I like it that you have gluten-free haggis, as I have Coeliac Disease and we really enjoy it, because it's not as spicy as one of the other gluten-free haggis we tried, before finding yours.
